My fees are $200 for an initial intake and $175 per session after that. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, credit card or HSA/FSA debit card.

If you have a different insurance carrier, they may still cover part of your therapy. To determine if your plan includes this benefit, you can call your insurance company and ask if you have coverage for "out of network" mental health services with an LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker and what percentage of my fee they will reimburse. For out-of-network coverage, you may be asked to pay the full fee at the time of service but I will file reimbursement claims on your behalf or provide you with all of the documentation you need to submit the claims on your own.
