Hi, I'm Kendyl (she/her) and I'm glad you found me here!

After majoring in Sociology and Psychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara, I went on to complete a Master of Social Work degree at Washington University in St. Louis. I have been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker since 2007, first in Missouri and now in Oregon (license #L7527) and Washington (license #LW61088548). I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

I have a deep admiration for the strength and resilience of human beings. This is what drew me to social work initially and keeps me passionate about it to this day.
I treat adults with a variety of mental health needs but I have a special interest in supporting people living with or affected by HIV and AIDS, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those who find themselves anywhere along the reproductive health spectrum, including but not limited to experiences around infertility, abortion, adoption, pregnancy, and post-partum transitions. I consider it a privilege to provide letters of support for gender-affirming medical care.

When I'm not working, you can usually find me spending time with my kids, enjoying live theater, or soaking in the natural beauty that surrounds us here in the PNW.
